PEORIA (25 News Now) - The trial will continue for the man accused of setting a Molotov cocktail in the Planned Parenthood clinic on Knoxville Avenue.

Federal Judge Josh Hawley of Peoria found probable cause that Tyler Massengill, 32 of Chillicothe, started the fire that lead to more than a million dollars in damages to the clinic.

That ruling opens the door for a Grand Jury hearing, where Massnegill could be formally indicted and then face trial later on.

Massengill still has no attorney but said he is working with right-to-life groups in California to retain legal representation. He remains in the Peoria County jail, he will go before Judge Hawley again Monday to determine if he will stay in jail.
