People protested at GSP airport and Falls Park

GSP Airport and Falls Park in downtown Greenville set the stage for a couple of protests ahead of the President’s visit. A few hundred people carried signs stating their positions on certain issues like healthcare and gun control. Various groups across the Upstate organized the protests.A coalition of organizations plans a rally during the president's visit to Greenville. Those involved say the rally will be used to express the values of the various organizations, share ideas and speak out to create change within our communities.
